not sure if this is the right forum for this but i need urgent help

just had this problem, after the motherboard logo come out, and the windows logo where the dots are spinning in a circle, the whole computer just goes blank with a black screen.

can get to the diagnostic blue screen when restarting though. not sure what's the problem here. tried turning it on in safe mode also cannot, and it doesnt allow me to boot from system restore

If you're urgent and not sure how to troubleshoot, best to bring it to gs (nigel).
