Windows 98 on Intel i3 Core PC

Hi,

Wants to run some old Win95 and Win98 programs/games.
Unable to run on current i3 Core PC.
Can Win95 or Win98 O/S be installed on i3 PC, then run these old programs/games?

You can try using virtual box.
If you want to run natively , most likely not due to hardware driver issue.

Sorry, but don't understand that

You can't run older OS on newer hardware because manufacturer don't normally make drivers to support older software.

If you run virtually, as an image, maybe it can be done.

Google for oracle virtualbox.
