Windows Boot error 0xc00000e9

Encountered 0xc00000e9 error today, Removed all external devices and HDD, only DVD writer was connected to sata. Loaded up a dvd with windows 7 installation inside, couldn't reach the install screen.

Mobo uplorry? or DVD corrupted? or DVD writter uplorry?

try going into the bios to see if your hdd is it been detected or no.

try removing the CMOS batt and put back and try again. makes sure when removing, unplug the psu 1st.
