If Chkdsk appear means legit if another program could be not legit.
Use Crystaldiskinfo to check.

Relocated sector count drop below 140, the disks would indicate failure anytime. Current pending sector count
is an indicator of the dead hard drive on the horizon. Quickly get a new hardisk and move all your data over if you're able to.

It's genuine. Typical symptoms of an ancient hdd...

The 5 count is relatively low. Can survive several more years but it's a yellow flag to back up important stuff. Use it till it dies or when it starts to feel slow.
