The problem appears on and off. Sometimes it will work fine for a while. Other times it will refuse to load Windows even when I do a hard reset several times. It may start freezing shortly after logging into Windows and the only way is to do a hard reset. I have actually reformatted and reinstalled another version of Windows (Vista) but the problem reappeared.
Is this a RAM problem that can be solved by buying new RAMs or a motherboard problem? It is quite difficult to find DDR2 RAMS locally now and I'm hesitant to buy overseas if it is not guaranteed to solve the issue.
