Both got advantages.

Android can work if you want access to a ton of games, simple productivity, web surfing.

Windows can allow you to do serious work on MS Office, Adobe, and any Windows 3rd party apps, while remaining flexible. Of course, we are talking about full Windows and not the RT version.
