Maybe try to set back to stock theme or to light mode and see if it sorts itself out.

Maybe

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

And

SFC /scannow

Might help?

Maybe but still prefer win10
LOL..same here but no choice, cause too many "issues" so I just upgrade to Windows 11, its not so bad. after a short while, u will not remember Window 10..only thing i hate is after left click, the cut / copy / rename is now a icon..to go to old menu, must click additional step to show more options

If I install win11, will tweak it to work like win10

right click to old context menu is just a simple registry fix.

everything looks the same except the network, volume and battery icons in taskbar cannot be hidden by any means.

If the problem is due to after updating windows. Try to roll back windows update >

How do I roll back a Windows 10 update?

For Windows 10/11:
  1. Press Windows+I to open Settings.
  2. Click Update & security.
  3. Click Recovery on the left-hand side.
  4. Under Go back to the previous version of Windows, click Get started.
