Windows10 update error

Last week after the latest windows 10 update, my old laptop no longer operational. I got the blue screen asking for keyboard layout and then the following screen. Rollbacks don’t solve the problem. How do I get into safe mode if there is no option for me to choose?

There is no safe mode.
Just use "Reset your PC" and follow the screen prompt and choose keep your files.

My PC could not be upgrade to the latest W10 build 1803. it display the following MSG:
Windows 10 couldn't be installed unsupported disk layout for uefi firmware.
Previous update was Ok.
