What do u guys think ?

For me, I wonder why they need to issue bonds anyway, their debt to equity is 0.2X .

They are getting it damn cheap since their dated bonds were issued at a yield of 4 to 4.5% pa.

Current SGD perps are all above their IPO price , except hyflux and the oil and gas.
Sembcorp corp recent 3.7% perp is around 100.05 area.

Hopefully someone can asnwer my question.

Where can I find the propsectus or any document ? Can't find in bondsupermart

recently iocbc keep spamming me with perps

its like all these companies who claim to be making tons of money don't have any cash left to burn

hence they gibe high yields around 5% which is worrying

i think the property sector is going to collapse soon suddenly without warning like the oil & gas sector with a sudden overnite gap down in price when people realise there is a huge over supply of completed property left vacant

Final yield should be less around 4% I think.

Why not check these bonds IPO not long ago?

SCISP 3.7% Perp $100 + 0.25?
STHSP 3.95% Perp $100.8 + 0.25?
HSBC 4.7% Perp $101.5 + 0.25?
MAPLSP 3.95% Perp $100.6 + 0.25?
