Winter Jacket Zipper Replacement

Hi, where can I find zipper replacement service for my winter jackets? The bottom end of the zipper has torn and need a replacement.

I also need to change zipper for winter down jacket too! Anyone can help? Any recommendations?

What about the metal snap buttons that usually comes with winter jackets? Those type that are easy to button together by just pressing it together and slightly pulling it off type?
