winxp - install chinese

Hi

I need to help to install chinese support in pc that is still using win xp. Bascially need it to surf chinese websites.

Pc belongs to homes. So no budget to upgrade.

Pls advise how to do it, I do not have the winxp cd.

try:
..control panel
....-> regional and language options
......-> under languages tab
........-> check both boxes
........-> click details
..........-> add chinese (prc) pinyin keyboard

not sure if it will work, xp a bit too old for my memory liao.
but always worth a try i guess.
