Which type you all use to top up?

Or really just use tap water is suffice?

i don't see a need to topup coolant unless if there is a leak somewhere. Wiper fluid, just tap water.

Coolant does deplete its lubricant properties over time. Lazy, then use those long life coolant, can last for 5 years. Jap made should silicate free coolant.Best is to check your owner manual. If you don't have, can top up using water for the time being.
Water pump without proper lube for prolong period of time, you risk of engine damage when the pump stopped working.
if going to scrap soon just use water will be suffice.

Radiator = only coolant.
Wiper fluid = tap water + glass cleaner
