I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but does anyone know how or where you can change your wireless@sg password?

I'm a singtel user with @stm at the back of my username. I emailed singtel but they bounced my mail around and gave me suggestions that didn't work. :s22:

such as
1) Log in to IDEAS web portal using your current password
2) Key in your SingTel mobile number only and default Wireless@SG password via the Member Login box. Click Go.
3) After login, you will be prompted to synchronize your password. Please enter your preferred password.
4) Or select ?Change password? to change your password

It'll mean I'll have to sign up a ideas account?!!

I didn't forget my password, but I wanted to set my own instead of being assigned a new one.

MoeMoeSama, i think you misinterpret what TS is trying to say haha...

TS, have you tried this website?

Alternatively, call 1688 to reset your password

The website you have given seems correct but it did not work for my singtel@wireless-sg account.

Tried both combination one with @singtel, the other without. Both did not work :-( It's really strange that there is no "Change Password" upon wireless@sg login for Singtel - stupid UI.

Will try 1688 later.
