For LL mode on appstore version, have leh. The '...' on top right corner.
For the battery drain on one but not in the other, refer to the user comments in scarbir's review site. One of the user encountered exactly the same scenario. It has to do with your usage pattern.
"The issue I've run into is that, after disconnecting the earphones from my iPhone (whether or not I press both earphones until they disconnect/blink red) and waiting some period of time (anywhere from a half hour to a few hours, I don't think I've checked after less time), when I reconnect the earphones, one earphone is at 0% battery while the other is almost full (usually the left is dead, but it's also happened to the right) . Note, this is without putting them back in their case between uses."

The 2 red lights are simple notification lights. When they are on, that means the earpieces are charging inside the case. When they are off, that means charging completed. You can only see the battery percentage of the earpieces in the app. As for the remaining battery % of the case, there is no indication.
