G - I don't mean to sound stupid but what exactly is your relationship with MARIX?

Simple. I buy things from them now, and in bulk for projects. They were my previous vendors. This is the third time i declared this at least. And second time to you.... *yawns*

Can you share with us the type of home plug you bought?

Its a Sineoji 500Mbps with pass through, used with a D-Link DCS-2310L outdoor camera. A bit stupid actually should have just bought the 200Mbps version, seeing as all are limited by their 100Mbps Ethernet ports but oh well. Haven't been able to test the outdoor capabilities of the camera of course because it hasn't rained.

Thanks bro. I got a text from Matrix too. I just came back to Singapore so I can't go down today to pick it up. Anyway, I got no real hurry as I have yet to decide on the installation point in my house.

Hi guys,
I am having problems setting up my T7837WIP wifi.
After setting the password, i unplugged the network cable from my router and it restarted. however, i am unable to connect it using the ip camera super client unless i plug in the network cable.
Is there something i am missing here?

And you know the character of the boss of MARIX from you previous message that he cannot accept those short comings from Vstarcam. At the same time you mentioned about Vstarcam trying too hard. Marix is going to launch house brand. So much stuff going on between you and Marix. :s13::s13::s13:

Simple, I talk to my vendors and keeps very close working relationship with my suppliers. Period.

If you have met the boss yourself, you will know what sort of quality freak he is on his products and services. Period.

Their housebrand models is sitting just on the testbed table area. You will see various models not listed on VStarcam there when you visit their office. Not hard to know about their housebrand and talk to the right people.

Why VStarcam is trying too hard? Look at the complain on the eye4 web based super client and you will know. Do I need to say more? They seriously need to engage their partner to QC for them and listen. But at least, they are different from any other brands.

Hi,

I'm a newbie to IP cam but intended to get a few pcs for my house to monitor kids/maid/etc...

Not sure which brand/model is cheap and good now.

Maybe the expert here can give me a few website and brand/model to look at.

Quite confuse regarding Vstarcam and MARIX. Google and saw VSTARCAM by MArix. So who should i approach?

Lastly, how is Foscam? Heard this brand is quite popular among motherhood forum

thanks in advance!
