Wireless keyboard issue

Recently my keyboard is giving me quite a fair bit of problems on my desktop.

I'm using Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic desktop and the keyboard is not responsive. Some of the keys don't register at all.

Thinking that it might be the keyboard problem I went to purchase a bluetooth keyboard Logitech k380. However the new keyboard is not responsive too on the desktop. It is working fine when connect it to my mobile phone and also to my GPDwin2/laptop.

I've resetted Windows10 so it is a new reinstalled system but it doesn't resolve the issue.

Is this a problem with the bluetooth of my desktop? Should I get a bluetooth adapter and pray that it will resolve the problem or change my motherboard?

use/borrow another wired USB keyboard to confirm but shouldn't be bluetooth issue cause you won't be able to connect or discovery if bluetooth is faulty. Try to adjust the sensitivity settings in Keyboard under Win10.

Maybe is the distance.. maybe is blocked by metal enclosure

Should I get a bluetooth adapter and pray that it will resolve the problem or change my motherboard?

A DIY-er who doesn't know how to replace a socketed network card.
Not that there was even anything wrong with it in the first place.

Could it be WiFi 2.4ghz interfere with your keyboard?

I've had a USB WiFi dongle and a USB bluetooth dongle located side by side on multiple desktops and laptops with no issue.

And finally, whoever attaches those small wireless dongles of any sort on the back of a computer deserves to have an unreliable connection.

What I mean was, router too near the keyboard. I got one friend had this issue, after he repositioning the router, the issue is gone

Windows Bluetooth power management is enabled by default, you could try to disabling to prevent Bluetooth from going into sleep mode
