I was using an Eye-Fi Pro last time. I will say dun bother. Initial setting up is a pain.
Once u set up already, u cannot choose what photos to upload, so ur camera will be constantly sending to ur phone on every shot, draining both batteries.
It has some reliability issues also. U really want to transfer photos to ur phone, I will say get a camera that can send it natively e.g. by bluetooth/ wifi/ nfc etc.
Else get a SD card reader for your phone and do it the manual way
thanks bro.
with your feedback, i did a search and read more into it.
eye-fi pushes the photos to the phone device (not sure whether it can be turn off or not), whereas for flashair and transcend, the phone device pull the photos from the camera.
i'll take a plunge and go for flashair.
Push or pull i dunno. But as long as they dun allow u to choose which photos to upload, the usage becomes very limited.
