1.8k? Can get a rig with 2060 super instead of 1650. It's best that u set aside an amount for the rig itself, then another amount for monitor so we know the budget you have for the rig.

Eg. From Mansa. Can compare from aftershock website and see which chassis u prefer and whether u need rgb stuff.

Gaming but not to extreme setting to max resolution.
Simple ms office will do.
