Withdrawing JPY in Tokyo

Currently staying in Tokyo for two more months and I'm fast running out of cash. Suica and Pasmo top up require cash, while some restaurants don't accept card.

Anyone knows a way to minimise transaction fees when withdrawing JPY? I understand I can use Plus ATMs to withdraw from my OCBC/UOB accounts but they seem to charge a hefty fee for that...

Suica TOP up unless u got a iPhone 8 & newer global edition u can upload the suica to Apple Pay and use your cc to TOP up

Andriid user no way unless u own a japsn edition phone or japan android maybe

I recall Cimb Card waive the fee but I last recall they stop it Liao
