Guys you don't really have to change all in Singapore. I change most in Seoul and I think the rates are better.

I change using USD. the rates was 1USD to 1130 - 1150KRW, 2 months ago.

I don't see a reason why they won't accept SGD. I change in Myeongdong, that area super competitive, got alot of money changer, so scout around before you attack.

I changed at Myeongdong before. They do accept SGD. That time I changed 1SGD to 900 at SG but at Korea it was around 1 SGD to 880 or 890.

i was in seoul one week ago and withdrew money from the euljiro-1 ga citibank branch, managed to get a rate of 902 easily..

in arcade i could only get about 895..

Yups! mine is Citibank debit card, have to go to the Citi branch to activate overseas withdraw function first before heading to korea.
Pin is the same when u withdraw money in singapore and online banking.

CC rates im not too sure..better to use cash in seoul for smaller shops. Usually they are more willing to give discounts if u say u pay cash.
