I change again on Friday which was 840.

Thanks much fishaye28 and Jane2, it looks pretty safe to say that changing there will at least be higher than changing in SG then.

I meant if you were to make a detour there just for the money changer then it wouldn't be worth it. even changing 4k SGD, the difference is less then 20sgd. but of course if you will be there anyway, then by all means do it in myeongdong. its definitely better by a few pips.

Seems like the one with good rate is the smaller one that is at a corner opposite of the chinese embassy. Not sure if there are better ones

Today arcade highest 835.42. But queue too long so I went ahead to change a few hundred for 835. Will be in Myeongdong on a Saturday afternoon, sure hope rates don't drop during the weekends.

pls note for those bring US$ to change @ Myeong dong, I overheard if its the old US$ notes, it will be at a lower rate than what the advertised.
