Korea won going back up this week. I went to Korea and got a shocked when it was 830 was expecting 860. Wasted alot of money not changing in singapore first.

Not familiar with USD but since USD is pegged to many other currencies, it's fluctuations definitely more volatile. The low SGD to KRW is due to the weakening of SGD and strengthening of KRW. I reckon it will bounce back in October or December, but it's just my personal opinion.

Just came back from Korea. The rate over there really sucks. Between 810-815 only. Not very worth. So it's better to change in SG.
