I never change there b4… but would assume can… otherwise use what to change? They money changer leh… of coz can change various currencies… as long as is those currencies they put on their website…

Korea accepts cards almost everywhere. Except street food.

Check urself. Cashchanger. Only revolut has won wallet, and the rates r not as good as money changers.
