Realistically, the difference is not that very much, unless you are changing a huge amount. It does not justify running all over the place just to get the extra 2-3 won.

If a money changer offers you an extra 3 won over other shops, that is just 0.0036 cents. Change $1000 and you "earn" a mere $3.61.

Just putting things into perspective.......
