Just changed at myeongdong. Cannot be bothered to walk too far so i changed at the money changer directly in front of china embassy. 846 won to 1SGD.

The money changer is directly outside the main door of chinese embassy (big red chinese-style door guarded by two policemen). Today's rate is 840won to 1sgd. By the way i saw a lady changed 10million won (she could only count the stacks of 10,000 won note to make sure its correct. Freakingly rich AT.

change some here, change some there just in case you cannot find a decent money changer there on the first day.

So far, didn't hear any decent rates from Jeju but then again, Jeju is a tourist island with direct international flights, so I guess it shouldn't be that bad.
