Along the road as stated by ipsw123. Generally the rates there are better than those in the mainstream streets. Go there and ask around.

it is in myeongdong...beside NOON Square..take exit 5, walk up, avoid the stair that sell socks, u will see mac on the opposite side, walk straight down till u see EDIYA coffee, turn right and walk all the way down u would see the money changer.

Depends on where you change in myeongdong. If you never walk into the side lanes and you choose to change $ at the moneychangers near the major exits of subway, it's more likely you kanna cut carrot head.

Even on the street of money changers right outside the chinese embassy, different vendors on the same street offer different rates for different currencies. The biggest difference I saw between these vendors is as much as 10won per SGD (best rate being the money changer right outside the chinese embassy door).

I changed at the corner one which I believe is one of the best rate in myeongdong. The sgd to krw is drop signifacally recently
