this particular stretch of road, there is a few money changers here. i did not compare rates between them. so far i have visited 2 outlets, both right opposite the gates of the china embassy. (appear to have 2 gates in this stretch of road)

also note: google map is outdated, but it is this particular location

Leaving korea tomorrow, changed at 810 today only to realise the shop next door is offering 813...

Rates at korea does seems to be better than Singapore. Doesn't make sense to me before I travel, ended up changing much more than my friends in Singapore. Still doesn't make sense to me now...
