Words no longer underlined when mousing over them?

last time when i mouse over topic titles there will be an underline. now removed liao? sometimes uncle cannot find pointer need to use the underline to identify pointer's location, can put it back? :s11::s11::s11:

can't even see what i'm copying with the near blending-in of hi-light colour.
Eh, admin, thought you say will fix this issue a few weeks back?
