Anyone did an exchange with Robinson Shoes before? I saw a label sticker in the box but not sure how to go about the process.
Received my loakes but they were of the wrong color than that which I ordered. In addition I found the sizing a tad too big and want to size it down.
Appreciate any input. Thanks!

Thanks for the response!Email them and let them know about it.
If they send wrong color means it's their mistake and they will reimburse you the return shipping.
But if you also want to change size not due to their mistake I'm not sure will they reimburse your return shipping or not though. (Maybe they will out of goodwill since you going to return for wrong color)
By the way I did an exchange with them before due to some defects and return shipping is fully reimbursed.
Their CS is good but response might be quite slow, at least for my one time experience back then.
Thanks for the response!
Yeah I don't mind paying for the shipping if it comes down to it, but have emailed them to see their stand on this. Agree on the slow reply part though haha.
May i know which forwarder you used for the return and how much did it cost you?

Wow okay thanks for the feedback. Will try to see if I can work something out with themSingPost. I don't know of any forwarder from Singapore to overseas.
Pretty standard costly shipping to USA/UK/EU, can't remember exactly but about $60-80 for a pair of shoes.
Unfortunately not available for online sale.Btw, I have recently read that Loake has launched a new line which is positioned above the 1880 range, called the Loake1880 Export.
It has a moderate chiseled waist and the welt/edge is sewn closer to the upper (for a more refined look), among other improvements which I cannot immediately recall.
Merry Christmas everyone.

Trying again to sell at my last price of $180 SGD, see anyone interested? If not have to suck it up and wear it.
Wore for 1 short afternoon only, but too big to wear without socks. As I really prefer my shoes snug.
With these kind of advertisement worthy pics, you should be able to get a sale in carousell pretty quickly. Though it's quite tempting for me..... Lol
You can also add an insole. I do that whenever a shoe is slightly large. The insole fills up the volume.
Not sure the technical term but my one is length too long, add insole is more for the height is it? Cause height wise my one just nice liao, if not too tight.
