Just a heads-up, meermin MTO currently has a few museum calf leather designs (oxford, monk, loafer) amongst others ongoing atm. Really poisoned by the gold museum calf loafers but the last is what is preventing me from going for it :/

Yes Robinsons does have it, but i'm not sure what other stores in Singapore carries it though, have to ask the experts in this thread.

But do try the Heeren one for more varieties (but still very little models and sizes for Loake 1880 range, you really have to gamble abit to buy online, that's what I did for my first Loake shoes.)

Actually you can try Metro at centrepoint. I think they have more varieties and sizes available. The best thing is they carry Barker too.

Btw. Just received my Loake Aldwych that I ordered during Black Friday sales. The delivery is fast though

Which online retailer did you purchase from? 1 week is quite fast if it's through regular mail.

Have you tried to get sizing advice from meermin already? Worth a shot if u really like the design..

Meermin does offer good value that is hard to beat (espec for museum calf) if u are willing to take the hit-or-miss QC risk.

You can try LLYR at Suntec or Tangs. Both should stock it at around $28 if I'm not wrong..

Unless u are buying shoes and 'piggyback' on your shoe delivery to add-on a few saphir products, otherwise the above suggestions would be good.

Not sure if resellers on carousell can offer better pricing or not, can check out too.

Better off buying 1 or 2 tins of Saphir at the brick and mortar stores. At least you get assurance of fresh supplies. Most of the time it is hard to buy items with flammable ingredients using post.

Try the Ron last at your own risk. I, along with some other folks here consider it a busted last (for asians at least).

Heel cup is pretty wideeee instead of usually tapering down from the ball of the last. Asian feet normally wide ball and narrow heel, so in the Ron, slippage galore.

Yup I currently have 3 of their shoes but have not ventured to Ron. some people said it fits tts while some recommend a half size down.

Hijack your question a bit, but can I ask if there is an advantage to using natural material shoe horns over the free plastic ones that come with my shoe order?

No advantage. I dun think got diff between those $2 metal one from DAISO and those made from horn or turtle shell.

Just that , horn/ tortoise shell looks much nicer.
