knocked the right front of my edetal kempt oxfords against the pavement and resulted in a split/crack. Quite disappointed.. wore about 5 times only so far.. Have had similar knocks before on other shoes and no issues (apart from scuffing).

Will post a pic later on. Hope someone can advise if it is repairable..

I tried Loakes at Robinson Centerpoint and fits 7.5 and I got Hiro 7.5 which fits just nice

Could you recall if the width is similar? I fit New Reys really well but Hiro is slightly bigger and I have to down half a size which i don't really like doing.

Too bad they don't do New Reys in classic line

robinsons shoes free delivery at same prices. pediwear has a "best price match + 5% off" policy. So u quote pediwear the total cost from robinsons they will match + additional 5% off.

If in no hurry, do what some others do. Follow facebook, sign up newsletter etc and wait for discount codes they give from time to time. Alvin got his loakes at quite a steal IMO using robinsons code.

Dont know. Take a leap of faith.

At the least is can try loake at robinsons as proxy for F width UK size (on the slightly wide spectrum of F) or churches at ion.

Also read fr internet and forums, email the shoe sellers your feet measurement or foot tracing. Know your own feet based on your experience with shoes so far in life. Eg do u always need to upsize/downsize because of your foot width or instep? If u dont have much problems, then should be ok.

robinson by far i think is the best option for getting the cheapest loake 1880, that is if you can wait for their promotion code once in a while. i think i have waited 3-6 months before promo code appear. The saving is quite substantial if you can wait.

If not can opt for All in a Day bro advice and try pediwear price matching strategy. I remember member discount of 10-15% applied for subsequent purchase. Some bros here have purchased from pediwear before and they should have the member discount. No harm asking around.....
