Just got this pair of Bruno Cascinelli from Tangs. Anyone own this or knows about this brand?

I am an idiot when comes to shoes maintenance, can someone recommend me a good easy to use polish n maintenance kit for my Ed leather shoes?

Thank you!

Go to Tangs Orchard 3rd floor, they have the Saphir range there at (surprisingly) very reasonable prices. Even cheaper (by $5 at least) than online shops in Singapore :s22:

Get the Renovateur, colour cream and/or colour wax(pate) of your choice.

Simple process is to brush shoe to remove dirt --> Wipe down with Renovateur, Apply Cream and/or Wax --> Brush down for a buff shine. Cream for more colour nourishment, Wax for more water resistance and gloss, you mix and match depending on what you want to achieve, like buying chup chai peng like that.

Got some nice shoes liao, time to treat them nice too. Dont use the ecco stuff :D

If you're going to go with Saphir products this guide is pretty easy to understand:

http://www.hangerproject.com/shoe-care-guide/basic-shoe-care-guide/

To add on, there are some schools of thought that recommend using renovateur every 6 months. This is to allow patina to develop as renovatuer strips away wax from the shoes.

where can i try allen edmonds shoes in sg before i buy them off amazon???

No where in Sg selling. You can check out their website https://www.allenedmonds.com/aeonline/TheFitRightView?catalogId=40000000001&langId=-1&storeId=1 and print out the shoe fit guide and determine your size. You can also try emailing them your measurements to enquire the recommended size for particular models.

What size shoes are you wearing? I do own 2 pairs of AEs and can let you try them if the size is right for you.
