why do i see bdc pictures in About – ATELIER LLYR

I do like the monks, but would prefer if it had that pattern (not sure what it's called) across the front like in Constantaine

SH*T. Didn't know they used those pictures of me in their ABOUT ME section. Will tell them to take it down. I think their About section should be of their shoes, and themselves. Not about me. That book and shoehorn are both mine, however. lol.

Went to see them awhile back at Tangs.

Only thing I like was the red inner lining. For some reason, their designs don't appeal to me.

Still waiting for my customs to be done. It's been 6 weeks. :S

Boyboy was consulted on shoe design because he is known to be very a**l.

If Boyboy stamp chop on the design, means should be ok for release to market, if not send all the shoes to the landfill and come up with a better design.

Hey Petia, just to clear things up alittle. BDC was consulted way back just for construction and quality purposes. He had absolutely nothing to do with design, direction or in anyway affiliated with LLYR.

Thanks for clearing it up. Please do remove my picture from the About Us section too. I think that was the picture that spawned the misunderstanding. Though I think I look nice in that one Thanks!

Was considering to get this, went to Tangs Orchard to see if I like the shade of navy blue but does not have this on display.

Thats strange, because the sales team were told to display all models for vendors, as do all other brands in Tangs. Will check with them on this.

Our next series is slanted soon, samples will be dropping by the end of this month so we will have pictures by then. Pretty stoked to share the drafts with you guys first, but my team will kill me for this.

I saw it. The 'blue' is so dark it looks like black, you might have been mistaken that it wasn't available. Photoshop and well-taken pictures work wonders. I don't think the shoes look quite like that IRL.

The balmoral used in the photoshoot was an initial sample, hence the more pronounced shade of navy. For production we decided to go with a slightly darker shade to keep it subtle. The navy tends to reveal itself under sunlight.

Read over 40 pages but still can't find a location to find shoes in singapore other than bata and the hated Pedro Lol. Any place to recommend for starters? Budget around 150 and below. It seems online is more worthwhile but I need a first pair to know the fit...thanks in advance!

just rmb dont get this brand BLACK HAMMER,, i bought mine at BHG once, and once at their jurong point outlet.. both time sole went off in 3 months....... 2 pair lasted me 6 months..

If ATELIER LLYR is worried about getting sued... then change the shade of red! Make it blood red. Awesome.


Btw, Louboutin really has a thing for spikes huh? Did they popularise it? One google search and all I see is 'horny' shiet. Pardon my ignorance.
