Those are too casual for interviews. Even if the workplace is not so strict about dress code, it is better to be more formal during the interview.
And make sure the shoes are clean and shined.

I think most interviewers in Singapore won't really bother about your shoes unless you wear something that is obviously not suitable for the office. Seen so many of them wearing loafers while interviewing a candidate as well.
