Can I know where to get leather conditions (to keep them soft and not crack)

I have a pair of cheap working shoes that I haven't wear/see in 6 mths and today took it out and the top part is cracked.

Is there a product that can make it soft so can keep for long period oftime?
My job doesn't require me to wear leather shoes unless company send me for training at hotels so that explains why I my current and future leather shoes will not be worn frequently...maybe once or twice per year.

If you want something cheap and easily available can try Nivea Creme. Then pallerel import ones found value houseware shops are much cheaper than pharmacy.
