Cannot see the vid. Anyway i use saphir renovateur to clean n condition then apply kiwi wax to polish

Same here. I just apply AE conditioner and Kiwi wax for my black shoes.
So far so good.

Used Saphir brown Medaille D'Or, then followed by Kiwi brown wax polish ... must say the restuls is quite good. In my opinion, no need to buy expensive wax, Kiwi is quite good and cheap. Bought all the colors available at the supermarket ...

Shoe is Edetal Istana.

Any wax will dry if used without a conditioner.

Kiwi not say cannot shine but no beeswax content and takes longer to achieve mirror shine.

My dasco horsehair brush works as well as my saphir horsehair brush.

I have a kiwi brush which gives an excellent shine no other brush can match. Been used for decades by my father then now me. Will be handed down as to my son when he comes to age.

I am in between jobs, and a call just came in to confirm my acceptance of a new job that I have interviewed for, coming Monday. However to my horror, I found my entire polishing set - which was kept in a storage area outside of my house, stolen. Now I am frantically looking for quick and reliable sources to get everything back and prepare the shoes before Monday. Also, do keep me noted if you have shoe tree and horse hair brushes. So sorry for suddenly doing this guys. I figure this would be my best bet before resorting to edetal. =(

Sounds like it may be better if u head down to one of the shoe care/shine options available (mbs, edetal, uncle) asap

is it viable to ask a local bespoke shoemaker like ed et al or DW to copy a design based on web images?
And approx. how much would the charges be like? Anyone has an idea?

You're better off writing to Carmina to check if they have stock that they haven't updated their website with. Or check with online Carmina resellers, like Gentlemen's Footwear or Skoaktiebolaget (just google).

Which shoe design is it? Why not you contact Betty about it? She's quite prompt in replying emails. Alternatively, you can try skoaktiebolaget or gentlemans footwear. They might have something from Carmina you might like.
