any physical shops in sg that sell goodyear welted shoes? seems like many people here order their shoes online.

the only shoes brand so far i wear is only pedro, and it is crumpling away after 6-8 months of wearing. quality isn't that good. looking for better quality shoes

ed et al... a few others.. browse thru the whole forum!

personally i think pedro is not worth the money, but note that even if you buy a pair of GY welted shoes and wear them 5 days a week (without rotation) they will deteriorate very quickly as well.

At that price-level, get a pair of Carmina's.

EDIT: C&J for a bit more, if you're willing to wait.

Hey, what's the price range like for Atelier LLYR? From the above list only Atelier LLYR and Ed Et Al are local brands right?

I think Swagger move from Ann Siang to Marina Square.

Also, there is Diamond Walker in Orchard Central and China Square. It is also a Singapore company.

Septieme Ls. There's berlutis, G&Gs, Imai Hirokis and Ed et als inside as well.

Going to do one more croc with edwin and then perhaps see if I can get my hands on a corthay when I'm in Kyoto.

Yea i like blue. But i'm forcing myself to get other colors such as burgundy and cashmere.

Ordered another berluti in the latter color.

What i found amazing is that you have so many pair of shoes, and yet you have no love for brogues or loafers. Impressive.

I do have them. Look closely. Extreme top left is a pair of ed's which are brogues. Extreme bottom right is a pair of G&Gs stingray tassled loafers. Picture is probably not that easy to spot them.

But you are right. I prefer more dressy shoes aka wholecuts and monks I guess. Never really had a thing for a tad more "casual" stuff.

LLYR retailing around 200+, made in Laos.

EEA retailing at $349, made in vietnam. Also provides MTO & Bespoke service.

Yes, both are local brands.
