Hi, as I have stated, all models which includes the boots that you have asked about.

I actually earn only a relatively small amount of money from this, just enough to cover expenses and some coffee money. My profit margins is not high as this is a work from home "business transaction" alongside my day job. Just a token sum for the energy and time I take to ensure convenience and cost saving for all.

for example I will host collection points in various parts of singapore to allow for convenience of buyers.

of course in the long term I hope to be able to have a sizeable client pool to open a long term account with loake, this can mean that any future reparation works to be sent back to the factory etc can be done through me as well

I will be opening a thread as soon as I get the mods in this forum to validate me.

Thanks. The prices u quoted are reasonable imho n i believe there is definitely a market for loake at your pricepoint in SG IF there is more awareness and opportunity for sizing before taking the plunge.

On this forum, loake probably see a market in mainly 1st timers in GY welt shoes. Many of the rest here would be into higher tier brands. I have a soft spot for loake mainly becos their popular lasts work well for me.

Regardless, i wish u luck n let me know if a MO does materialise.

You're definitely giving not only our local retailer (robinsons) as well as existing online retailers of loake a run for their money. Good for you (and everybody else) if this works out.

Hi guys, don't mind me asking but I am trying to see how is the interest level here if I were to open a preorder/mass order on Loakes (all ranges), if I can hit the desired quantity needed I can give all a good price, for example the number floating in my head now is for 1880 range, 300 SGD (all in gst plus shipping). Needless to say discounts for more pairs of shoes are included in my mind

Disclaimer: if this does happen, I do earn a slight profit (low margins) for all the administrative and logistical issues. as I am working a day contract job which pays low and also have a interest to pursue such an avenue as a business experience.

I'm interested as well. Looking to get my first pair of nice leather shoes. But I have very wide feet and usually need to try on the shoes to know if it works.

Taobao good for accessories like shoe trees, horse hair brushes etc. Don't know how much you want to trust chinese polishes/waxes since most RW or welted shoe people are pretty anal on what they put on their shoe.

IR just brush and put Obenauf if you're using it real hard (or want to enhance the work boot aura), or use Saphir Mid Brown Wax if you are using it as a dressier option.

Think Tangs has Saphir Saddle Soap. TSS should stock also, if not other brands
