Workplace Literacy Writing assessment

Hi, I'm take a retest for the writing assessment as i'm only managed to get a three for my writing. Due to the time constraints as I need the results for my employment, I was unable to enrol for the course. Can anyone who have taken the assessment previously help with suggestions or ideas on improve on my writing? Thanks a lot.
