Hi, I am planning to build a rig that is mainly for working, it will mostly be skype, and a company portal (like E-Learning). Priority is working and gaming is secondary. Games would be Dota 2, BF4 mainly.
My budget is below 800, if possible i would want to save as much as possible.

These are what i have in mind.
G3258 + Asrock H81HDS - 168
4gb value ram - 50
Kingston ssd v300 120gb - 85 (was wondering if an ssd is needed because i read on other threads that it is needed to have butter smooth rig)
WD Blue 1tb - 72
CM Thunder 500w - 58
Palit Gtx 960 - 318 (hopefully can lazada it with discount)
Win 8.1

prices are based on best bargain.
any advice on where to cut cost or improve?

Was wondering if the difference between i3-4150 and G3258 is a lot or the pros of having the i3 outweigh the G3258 that an i3 is recommended.
And also up to which GPU can the FSP450W PSU can support?

depends on whether you intend to OC your cpu anot

If you planning to oc, then g3258 can push further

if not just get i3 for the hyperthreading

Do you prefer to have hyperthreading or to save a little bit on cost and oc the g3258 and getting a better gpu?

On the other hand, i'm also thinking of getting a cheap second hand gpu to save cost if i were to get the i3.

WTS :Sapphire Radoen HD 6790 (Cheap) - www.hardwarezone.com.sg
WTS> 2 months old Zotac GTX660 Synergy(5yr warranty) - www.hardwarezone.com.sg

For my sister I opted for an i3 over the g3258 because I dont intend to oc her rig

depends on the usage of the rig
