no reason why not. the company already pre-sold over 90% of their 2 condos in australia. They have yet to recognize revenue because of their accounting policy is using completed contract. They are expected to be profitable when they hand over the keys for those 2 projects around 2019/2020.

Having said these, I am not pressing at atm for this because i think the valuation is too high.
