I have SO licence too which is the reason why I know about the new & old changes. If I remember clearly, RP is no but MP is yes for last time. Now no more RP & change to ST. The requirement for ST is:

*Former regular uniformed commissioned officer or non-commissioned officer from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) whom have completed and passed the
Installation Protection Security Course (IPSC) conducted by SAF will be exempted for both WSQ units.

Bro, u remind me of the days when I did the PWM with the SA. Every SA I encountered all KPKP about same stuff...that's another story to tell.
