"Sorry, I forgot your laptop in my truck."
Hello community, I went through the entire registration process just so to warn as well as alert all of you to AVOID GOING TO THE COMPUTER REPAIR STORE IN THE CLEMENTI BUS STATION.
If you send your computer for repair there, the following will happen:
1) Your computer won't be repaired within the time they have stated.
I sent my laptop there for repair( My USB ports are not working) and they said "6 days maximum" for the repair time.
* They took 2 weeks and it's not even repaired.
2) They have Ants-sized brain
Because of varies excuses made up by the workers there(including the boss) like "We can't find parts for your laptop", "Your laptop has a lot more problems" and "Our technician requires more time", I have decided to call off the so called "repair" and find other ways to solve my problem after 2 weeks.
And what happened when I call to ask if I could collect my laptop on the day that they requested me to come down?
""Sorry, I forgot your laptop in my truck. Come over tomorrow."
LIKE WHAT THE FLYING ****?!.
THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORSE THING.
3)They replace parts on your laptop after returning it to you
Only after I returned home, I realised that they had swapped my dvd player( the thing that you put disc into,in your laptop) into something else.
My guess is that when the "technician" tried to repair my laptop, he stripped everything apart and accidentally swapped the player with another laptop's.
EDIT: I just found out my laptop cant charge for some reason after they return it to me. FML
Note: I am just a student currently studying in a Polytechnic.I'm sure if you ask around, most Polytechnic students would tell you how important his/her laptop is for studying/revision.IMAGINE HAVING 2 WEEKS WITHOUT IT.
I STRONGLY URGE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU TO AVOID AND BOYCOTT DOING ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THE REPAIR SHOP IN CLEMENTI BUS STATION.IF YOU DO NOT DO WHAT I SAY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
NOTE: THE LOCATION OF THE SHOP IS INSIDE THE CLEMENTI BUS INTERCHANGE.I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE STORE BUT IT IS SITUATED BESIDE A MCDONALD STAND.
