What I already have is the T440s, Windows 8Pro, MS Office Pro Plus 2016,Project Pro 2016, Visio Pro 2016. (Cant use these office licenced ones)

Maybe i should try to watch youtube videos first.

Think you have already open up the sing, so upgrade another 4G or 8G is not a issue. RAM type is DDR3L (lower power type). Hard disk is also easy to replace to SSD. But you need some utility to help you to clone it some that you can keep the original software license.
