Worth Upgrading?Need Advice Thx

Is it worth upgrading to i5 - 4670 cpu? Currently I'm using i5 2400.
I will also be getting either Msi H87 -g43 gaming or Gigabyte h87 board to go with the cpu

I actually uses less then 16gb=P Just that during that time i buy, ram was dirt cheap haha 4gb for $25? More ssd will consider haha Thx
