Hi guys, should i visit Ueno after 6pm?
Was thinking to go Ameyoko but heard most shops close around 7pm.
Any places to visit in Ueno after 6pm?
Thanks.

Ueno is shady after nightfall. Shops at Ameyoko will start to close and the main things u will find around the Ueno station there are izakayas and pachinko shops.

If u are interested in the shady stuff, then Okachimachi (nearby) will be of some interest I guess.

Else, visiting Sensoji @ Asaskusa nearby may not be a bad thing. Quite nice at night too.

Na...not those shady stuffs..more of touristy stuffs. Eat, sightseeing, shopping.. Thanks will go to Asakusa instead, initially was thinking Ameyoko. :s12:

Do note that the shops at asakusa also close early. If its a weekend, can consider going Tokyo Dome city to see cosplay.
