Each voucher code is valid for limousine transfer to or from Singapore Changi Airport, and refers to a one-way private limousine service on a Mercedes E-class (4-seater) or equivalent, from a pick up location to Singapore Changi Airport, or from Singapore Changi Airport to a drop off location. Limousine Transfer includes ERP fees but excludes additional stop (S$20 per stop), midnight (S$12) and waiting time (S$10 per 15-minute block for waiting time beyond the initial 45 minutes (arrival) or 15 minutes (departure/transfer)) surcharges. Surcharges and entrance fee to Sentosa for vehicle and/or passenger(s), if any, will be borne by the ANZ Cardmember.
No charge shall be imposed for any cancellation made more than 8 hours prior to the requested pick-up time. Full charge applies for cancellations made less than 8 hours prior to the requested pick-up time. No charge shall be imposed for any amendment made more than 4 hours prior to the requested pickup time. Full charges shall apply for any amendment of pickup time or type of service and/or vehicle made less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
In addition to the waiting time surcharges, driver will only wait for the guest up to a maximum of one hour after actual flight landing time or until the designated luggage belt is cleared, whichever is longer. In the event of non-arrival of the guest on the reservation date and time, the full charge will apply.
The voucher is non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash. Duplicate redemptions will be chargeable at S$80 per trip.
The vehicle supports one standard size cargo bag (large) and two to three standard size cabin bags (small).
