Even QiuYuan was mentioned to be the same, strange that they making supports that strong.

Chisa seems to boost Crit DMG/Rate, Havoc dmg & Atk% at same time while also applying Havoc Bane. That alone sound mental... She also rumoured to hv some healing .

21k Astrites, 32 pulls & 17 wep pulls. Tempted to try Qiuyuan before going for Chisa.. Shld I ??
