From Enduins Gaming's post in FB link:

"Genshin could never" is trending again but because of Wuthering Waves. The second Closed Beta Test for the highly anticipated open-world action RPG implemented significant overhauls including a SKIP story option. The whole storyline of the game was overhauled per feedback from the community. Graphical improvements were implemented including voice acting. The combat system was also improved, including a camera lock-on, a smoother performance, new enemy bosses, and new characters to test during the 2nd CBT. The visuals were also improved, again from community feedback, making the game a bit more vibrant, weather phenomena have been implemented, environmental anomalies as well, and new character outfits will be available.

Please be reminded that the game is still in a testing phase so there will still be issues and bugs within the game and will not be a reflection of the final product. The 2nd CBT will be the final testing phase for Wuthering Waves. We can expect it to officially launch later this year.

But it's still in the second CBT period and not the official release yet.

But before that, Kurogame will recruit testers focusing on localization quality to collect instant player feedback via a small-scale confidential beta test, (CBT) around this April. It's called the NDA Confidential Test. That's why I heard that some rumors are expecting another CBT round before the official release. So yeah, it's true btw.

Wuthering Waves still needs to surpass its final pre-registration milestone of 30 million so players can receive all the grand launch rewards when the game goes live.


Yep, will increase the number of pre-registrations from 20+ million to 30+ million before the official release/on that day for the official release itself if possible.

It benefits both casual & hardcore players.

Yep, Waking of the World Tour in the USA regions. I hope that they will promote it by advertising in other countries' regions & SEA regions if possible!
