X or XR or XS

From someone upgrading from Iphone 7.

Watched too many YT videos comparing XR and XS and X. Too many suggestion and too many pros and cons. Hence posting here for more advise to make my final decision.

A simple question is all im asking . Im a non hard core user for the phone features, from surfing, taking pic/vid, playing games....

So, should i just bite the bullet and pay extra for the XS? Or actually XR is already a very good upgrade (2x upgrade?) coming from iphone 7?

I had the same issue as you

I changed to XR in the end. No regrets. The money saved from XS was used to purchase a pair of Airpods. Super love the combination now.

I had the same thought as you, XR + AP. But then i got oily ear hole, so, AP should be too "slippery" for me

And, is the batt life so far so good mah for XR?

Buy whichever you like more and think you need. For me, I went for the XS as I think the Max is too big, and XR is too thick. If they made an XR the size and thickness of XS, I'd have gone for it.

If I were u, just go for the Max, else XS.

Guys naturally will have oilier skin. And hence oil may tend to form inside ear hole. Just give our earhole a good rundown cleaning after bathing, with a cotton bud.

It’s not slippery. Its indeed worrisome free without the wires-AirPods.

Battery-wise I give it 9/10. Finally Apple kept their word when they said the XR lasts 90 minutes more than the 8 Plus. I didn't own the 8 plus but damn the battery on the XR is leaps and bounds better than my 8. Other users here and in international forums agree on this too.

For your case since you take photo and videos regularly, an XR or XS will be good enough if you don’t need premium material. Both XR and XS can shoot video in stereo and they shoot better in low light.
